While group classes offer a calming and restorative experience, 1:1 sessions allow us to dive deeper - into how your body is breathing day-to-day and how we can begin to rewire patterns that may be contributing to anxiety, stress, or dysregulation. The goal is to support long term change. Through consistent practice, you’ll learn to be able to shift your state in real time through conscious breath, building emotional resilience and reducing reactivity. 

We start with a 60-minute taster session, where we assess your current breathing patterns and begin the process of shifting toward functional breathing that supports your nervous system.

If you’d like to continue the work, a minimum package of four 50-minute sessions is available to book. 

These sessions can take place via Zoom or at Unfurl Studios in Earlsfield, London.

Working with the body and breath through a nervous system lens can serve as a master key; enabling us to soften the fears that hold us back (yep, I know the ones all too well!), embrace our truth and unlock our fullest potential. 

When holding space, I blend spirituality and science and offer Pranayama and SOMA breathing practices depending on what you are looking to get out of your experience.
